Core Projects allots 566533 equity shares on conversion of FCCBs

Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has announced that the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee constituted by the Board at its meeting held on January 14, 2008 had allotted 566,533 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- on conversion of FCCB's.

With this allotment the paid capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 16,00,20,312 comprising 8,00,10,156 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
