AXIS Bank raises $50 mn

AXIS Bank has raised USD 50,000,000 (USD Fifty Million only) under the GMTN Programme through its Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) branch. The settlement took place on 16th October 2018. The Notes will be consolidated and form a single series with the U.S.$ 250,000,000 3.25% Notes due 2020 issued on 11th March 2015 and the U.S.$ 500,000,000 3.25% Notes due 2020 issued on 21th November 2014. The issuance will take the outstanding issue size to a total of USD 800 million.

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.588.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 575.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 509899 in over 6726 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 593.65 and intraday low of 570.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 299209704.
