Maars Software to convert CCPS into equity shares

Maars Software International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 11, 2008, inter alia, has Considered and Approved to convert existing 77,20,000 8% Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares of Rs 10/- each allotted to Bank of India in to 77,20,000 equity shares of the Company of Rs 10/-each.
