Larsen & Toubro Ltd allots 233253 shares

Larsen & Toubro Ltd has allotted 2,33,253 (Two Lakh Thirty Three Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Three) shares on 28th September 2018 to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Ownership / Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
