Subex Ltd announces cancellation of 45840 Employee Stock Options

The ESOPs Committee of the Board of Directors of Subex Ltd has on July 24, 2016, cancelled 45,840 ESOPs for the quarter of April-June 2016 in accordance with the terms and conditions under the Employee Stock Option Plans of the Company-ESOP 2005, ESOP 2008 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014.
