Transformers and Rectifiers India Ltd approves QIP

The Board of Directors of Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd at its Meeting held on July 25, 2016, has considered, discussed and approved the issuance of Equity Shares through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) or preferential allotment up to an aggregate amount of Rs. 125 Crores, subject to the approval of Shareholders.
