Indusind Bank Ltd allots 110715 shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 1,10,715 (One Lakh Ten Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifteen) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on July 21, 2016 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
