At the meeting of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee ("Committee") of Sterlite Technologies Ltd held on July 25, 2016, the Committee has granted 19,89,000 Employee Stock Options under the ESOP 2010 Scheme to eligible employees of the Company. The Plan is in terms of SEBI (SBEB) Regulations, 2014, as amended from time to time.
