Indusind Bank Ltd allots 198385 shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 1,98,385 (One Lakh Ninety Eight Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty Five) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on July 28, 2016 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
