V-Guard Industries Ltd approves allotment of 79291 Shares under ESOS - 2013

The Board of Directors of V-Guard Industries Ltd at its meeting held on July 26, 2016 has allotted 79,291 equity shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each to the employees who have exercised the stock options under Employees Stock Option Scheme, ESOS 2013. Among the 79,291 equity shares, 23,654 and 55,637 equity shares were allotted at Rs. 10/- and Rs. 485/- each respectively.
