DCW to consider issue of securities

DCW Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 15, 2008, inter alia, to consider, issue of equity shares or any such instruments / securities to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) under Chapter XIII-A of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000.
