Compact Disc to consider preferential issue

Compact Disc India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 09, 2008, inter alia, has decided to hold an Extra ordinary General Meeting of the share holders on February 01, 2008 to consider the issue of convertible warrants on preferential basis convertible in one or more tranches to the promoters and select group Companies owned by the promoters and to consider the issue of equity shares of the Company on preferential allotment basis to Private Equity Funds.
