Ritesh Properties to convert 40 Lakh warrants

Ritesh Properties & Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 15, 2008, to convert 40,00,000 warrants allotted on November 26, 2007 into Equity Shares of Rs 10/- at a premium of Rs 45/- allotted on preferential basis to the allottees who will opt for the same by depositing of allotment money.
