Aksh Optifibre allots FCCBs & GDRs

Aksh Optifibre Ltd has announced that the Company has successfully completed the Offering and allotment of USD 20 million 0% Unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds and USD 15 million Global Depository Receipts (9,803,922 equity shares underlying 4,901,961 GDRs).

The bonds will have a maturity period of 5 years and 1 day.

Elara Capital Plc of U.K. has been the sole Lead Manager to the FCCB cum GDR Issue of the Company.
