Core Projects allots 1724233 equity shares on conversion of FCCBs

Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has announced that the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee constituted by the Board at its meeting held on January 09, 2008 had allotted 17,24,233 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- on conversion of FCCBs.

With this allotment the paid capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 15,56,85,100 comprising 7,78,42,550 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
