Shrenuj & Company Receives Notice for conversion of FCCBs

Shrenuj & Company Ltd has announced that the Company has received a notice dated January 08, 2008 from the Bank of New York Mellon, London branch, custodian of HSBC Pvt Bank (Suisse) SA, a Foreign Currency Convertible Bondholder (FCCB) for conversion of 2000 Bonds of USD 1000 each amounting to USD 2 Million into 17,84,552 Equity Shares of the Company of Rs 2/- each at a price of Rs 50/- per share.

Further the Company has informed that the resolution for issue and allotment of abovesaid shares will be passed by the Board through circulation.
