Salora International to consider raising funds

Salora International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 14, 2008, inter alia, to consider raising of funds not exceeding Rs 50.00 crores by issue of Equity Shares and / or Equity linked instruments.
