Bihar Tubes to consider allotment of shares

Bihar Tubes Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 15, 2008, to consider allotment of equity shares on conversion of preferential warrants issued to the Promoters and other Strategic Investors.
