Marg Constructions allots 1125039 shares

Marg Constructions Ltd has announced that the Committee Of Directors (CoD) for Allotment at its meeting held on January 05, 2008, has allotted 1,125,039 equity shares upon conversion of 637 Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs).

The Committee further noted that this is the final conversion and there is no outstanding instrument for conversion. Hence the Committee stands dissolved.
