Mascon Global receives payment for warrants

Mascon Global Ltd has announced that the Company has received funds from GPC Mauritius VII LLC a sum of Rs 1,900,000/- towards 10% upfront payment for 1,000,000 Nos. of Warrants at an agreed price of Rs 19 per warrant.

The Company has also received funds from Mr. K Chandra, Executive Chairman & CEO a sum of Rs 54,150,000/- towards 10% upfront payment for 28,500,000 nos. of Warrants at an agreed price of Rs 19 per warrant.

Further the Company has informed that, the Meeting of the Preferential Issue Committee of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on January 04, 2008, to consider the aforesaid allotment of Warrants to them.
