Amtek Auto allots 520540 shares

Amtek Auto Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 04, 2008, have allotted 5,20,540 equity shares at Rs 209.83/- per shares upon the conversion of FCCB's of US$ 2.5 million.
