IndusInd Bank Limited allots 45370 shares

IndusInd Bank Limited has allotted 45,370 (Forty Five Thousand Three Hundred Seventy) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on July 6, 2018 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.
