Jyothy Laboratories Ltd allots bonus shares

The Bonus Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of Jyothy Laboratories Ltd at their Meeting held today i.e. on July 3, 2018, allotted 18,17,94,087 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each as fully-paid up Bonus Shares, in the proportion of 1:1 to the eligible Members whose names appeared in the register of Members / list of beneficiary owners as on Saturday, June 30, 2018, being the record date fixed for the purpose.
