Chordia Food allots Convertible Warrants

Chordia Food Products Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 28, 2007, has allotted 24,00,000 Convertible Warrants at a Issue price of Rs 58.05 per Warrant, each Warrant convertible into one Equity Share of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 48.05/- per share.

All the Allottees have paid Rs 6/- (Rupees Six) per Warrant.
