DCB Bank allots 2,43,900 equity shares

DCB Bank has issued and allotted 2,43,900 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on June 27, 2018, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 308,720,928 shares of Rs.10/- each.

Shares of DCB Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.174 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 174.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 25334 in over 353 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 174.85 and intraday low of 173.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4408734.
