Jubilant Organosys allots 198441 equity shares on conversion of FCCBs

Jubilant Organosys Ltd has announced that the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 31, 2007, allotment of 198,441 equity shares of Re 1/ each at a premium of Rs 272.0648 per share has been made to Swiss Finance Corp. (Mauritius) I Ltd., on conversion of a part of the Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds amounting to US $ 1,250,000.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.345, up by Rs.2.20 or 0.64%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.345 and low of Rs.339.35.

The total traded quantity was 22642 compared to 2 week average of 43088.
