AXIS Bank allots 30400 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 30,400 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each 18.06.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,58,09,672 (256,79,04,836 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,58,70,472 (256,79,35,236 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.521 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 528. The total number of shares traded during the day was 266937 in over 2671 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 531.1 and intraday low of 521. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 139929320.
