Bilpower to consider issue of 20 Lakhs warrants

Bilpower Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 07, 2008, inter alia, to transact, with or without modifications to discuss and adopt Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter / Nine months ended December 31, 2007.

To discuss the status of issuance of "Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs)".

To discuss and approve the Issue of upto 20,00,000 (Twenty Lacs) Convertible Warrants to Promoters and / or others on Preferential Basis, which shall be convertible into Equity Shares of a face value of Rs 10/- each at a conversion price of Rs 350/- (Three Hundred Fifty only) within 18 months, subject to necessary approval of the Shareholders of the Company and all other statutory authorities, if any.

To decide date, venue and time of Extra Ordinary General Meeting.
