Seasons Furnishings to consider issue of securities

Seasons Furnishings Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 05, 2008, inter alia, to consider issue of Equity Shares / Warrants on Preferential Allotment Basis as per SEBI Guidelines and to fix the date, time and venue for the Extra Ordinary General Meeting for obtaining necessary approval of shareholders for the purpose.
