SKP Securities to allot 565000 equity shares

SKP Securities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 29, 2007, has accorded their consent to allot 5,65,000 equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 51/- per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs 41/- per share) out of un-issued share capital of the Company, ranking pari passu with the existing equity shares, to the following persons on preferential allotment basis in accordance with the guidelines as mentioned in Chapter XIII of SEBI (Disclosure & Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000 and subsequent amendment thereto:

1. Shri. Gopal Das Bangur - Number of Equity Shares to be allotted - 2,35,000
2. Smt. Pushpa Devi Bangur - Number of Equity Shares to be allotted - 1,50,000
3. Shri. Purushottam Dass Bangur - Number of Equity Shares to be allotted - 60,000
4. Shri. Hemant Bangur - Number of Equity Shares to be allotted - 60,000
5. Smt. Vinta Bangur - Number of Equity Shares to be allotted - 60,000.

The Stock was trading at Rs.81.15, up by Rs.3.85 or 4.98%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.81.15 and low of Rs.81.15.

The total traded quantity was 51 compared to 2 week average of 7891.
