Federal Bank allots 35,27,570 shares

The Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee of the Board of Federal Bank has allotted 35,27,570 ( Thirty five lakh twenty seven thousand five hundred and seventy only) Equity shares with face value of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank to Mr. Shyam Srinivasan, MD & CEO upon exercise of stock options and payment of money, out of shares already granted to him under the Bank's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2010.
