Country Club fixes last date for QIP Issue

Country Club India Ltd has announced that the BID Closing Date for proposed issue of equity shares made to the QIBs through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) machanism under Chapter XIIIA of SEBI (Disclosure of Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000 will be December 28, 2007.
