Shyam Star Gems Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 05, 2008, inter alia, to consider further issue of Convertible Equity Share Warrant to the promoter on Preferential bases.

To increase the Authorized Share Capital.

To decide on the date, time & venue of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting to be held for the above purpose.
