Lok Housing allots Equity Shares to Bennett, Coleman & Co

Lok Housing & Constructions Ltd has announced that the duly constituted Allotment Committee of the Directors of the Company has allotted 7,62,200 Equity Shares of the Company, having Face Value of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 196.80 (Rupees One Hundred Ninety-Six And Eighty Paisa Only) per Equity Share on Preferential Allotment basis to BENNETT, COLEMAN & CO. LTD. on December 26, 2007.
