Rasoi AGM approves preferential issue to promoters

Rasoi Ltd has announced that the members at the 102nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 25, 2006, by way of Poll, have passed the special resolution (i.e. resolution no 6 as detailed in the notice of 102nd AGM), approving the preferential issue of 132,000 equity shares to promoters and its associates on September 26, 2006, with overwhelming majority.
