Goldman Sachs ups stake in Prajay Engineers through conversion of FCCBs

Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting held on December 19, 2007, has allotted 6,69,807 equity shares, as detailed below, to the Foreign Institutional Investors on conversion of FCCBs.

Goldman Sachs Investments (Mauritius) Ltd, Mauritius has been allotted 2,23,269 sgares abd Goldman Sachs Investments (Mauritius) Ltd, Mauritius 4,46,538 shares.
