Biopac India to issue fresh shares

Biopac India Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 21, 2007, has approved the proposal for raising further issue of shares for an amount not exceeding Rs 35 crores, by way of Right Issue and / or Preferential Offer to HNI's, FII's, DFI's, Mutual Funds, etc., by issue of Equity Shares of Rs 10 each, at par or such premium, as may be finalized by the Chairman / Managing Director, subject to necessary compliances with the guidelines prescribed by the Stock Exchanges / SEBI.
