Balasore Alloys to issue shares at Rs 70

Balasore Alloys Ltd has announced that Committee of Board of Directors considered and approved the issue price of Rs 70 per share of Rs 5/- each against Rs 67.01/- per share as per the certificate of the Statutory Auditor in terms of the Chapter XIII of the SEBI (Disclosure & Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000.

Further the Company has informed that, above price based on the relevant date i.e. December 22, 2007 meets all requirements in terms of the above SEBI Guidelines.
