Cera Sanitaryware to issue 10 Lakh Warrants

Cera Sanitaryware Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 22, 2007, has approved and recommended to the member of the Company for the issue of 10,00,000 warrants on preferential basis to promoters group, on conversion, which may result in issue and allotment of not exceeding 10,00,000 equity shares in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (DIP) Guidelines, 2000.

Further, Board of Directors has decided that the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held on January 21, 2008 for the purpose of approving the above.
