Core Projects allots 1872022 equity shares on conversion of FCCBs

Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has announced that the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee constituted by the Board at its meeting held on December 19, 2007, has allotted 18,72,022 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- on conversion of FCCBs.

With this allotment the paid capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 15,22,36,634 comprising 7,61,18,317 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
