Avon Organics allots 9809100 Equity Shares

Avon Organics Ltd has announced that the Company has issued 98,09,100 equity shares of Rs 10 each to M/s. Arch Pharmalabs Ltd at a premium of Rs 10.00 each, in accordance with the SEBI Guidelines, the same being approved by the shareholders on December 03, 2007.

The Company has further announced that the Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting held on December 18, 2007 has approved the allotment of 98,09,100 equity shares of Rs 10.00/- each, issued at a premium of Rs 10.00 per share to M/s. Arch Pharmalabs Ltd.
