Godawari Power to issue 10 Lakh Warrants

Godawari Power & Ispat Ltd has announced that the Committee constituted for the purpose of Preferential Issue at its meeting on December 17, 2007, for fixation of price of warrants to be issued on Preferential Basis and the outcome of which is as under:

That the 10,00,000 warrants convertible into equity shares of the company shall be issued to promoter group company namely M/s Hira Industries Ltd at a price of Rs 324 per warrant. Each warrant shall be converted into one equity share of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 314.
