Sat Industries allots 2200000 shares

Sat Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 13, 2007, has allotted 2200000 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each at a premium of Rs 9/- per share upon the conversion of 2200000 Warrants to Sat Invest Pvt Ltd.
