Helpage Finlease Ltd allots 67,30,000 Equity Shares

The Board of Directors of Helpage Finlease Ltd in their meeting held today have allotted 67,30,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each at an issue price of Rs. 12.50/- per share (including a premium of Rs. 2.50/- each) on preferential basis to the persons belongs to promoter and non-promoter group.

The meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 1500 hours and concluded at 1630 hours.
