Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd grants 1,00,000 Stock Options

The Board constituted Compensation Committee of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd, at its meeting held today i.e. March 24, 2018, has, under the 'Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme-2013', granted an aggregate of 1,00,000 (One Lac) Stock Options representing an equal number of equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each in the Company, at an exercise price of Rs. 1,200.40, being the latest available closing market price on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, as on March 23, 2018.

The Stock Options so granted, shall vest within 5 years beginning from March 25, 2019, the first vesting date. The options vested under each of the slabs, can be exercised within a period of five years from the relevant vesting date.

Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1201 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1220.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 34085 in over 2586 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1207.95 and intraday low of 1187. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 40879328.
