GMR Infrastructure allots 165238088 shares

GMR Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 12, 2007 has allotted 165238088 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each at a premium of Rs 238/- per Equity Share to the Qualified Institutional Buyers under Chapter XIII-A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000.
