Cals to consider closure of GDR Issue

Cals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 12, 2007, to consider the closure of the subscription of GDRs issue of USD 200 Million and allotment of shares underlying the proposed GDRs. The Board will consider other related matters to GDRs issue.
