EROS International Media Ltd approves issue of 10022 shares

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of EROS International Media Ltd vide its resolution passed on March 14, 2018, have approved the issue and allotment of 10,022 (Ten Thousand Twenty Two) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Company and its Subsidiary, i.e. Universal Power Systems Private Limited against exercise of stock options granted to them, in accordance with applicable SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulation, 2014 (as amended) & Eros International Media Limited- Employee Stock Option Scheme 2009 respectively.

The Company shall make necessary applications to exchanges and depositories, for their approval.

Shares of EROS INTERNATIONAL MEDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.182.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 180.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 489582 in over 1199 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 183.6 and intraday low of 177.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 88774041.
