AXIS Bank allots 2,96,750 equity shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 2,96,750 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 12.03.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,16,62,582 (256,58,31,291 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,22,56,082 (256,61,28,041 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.519.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 505.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 226269 in over 2318 trades.
