Centrum Capital approves allotment of 2,01,07,260 Convertible Warrants

The Fund Raising Committee of Centrum Capital Limited has approved the allotment of 2,01,07,260 Convertible Warrants (at a price of Rs 74.60 per warrant) to subscriber, BG Advisory Services LLP, having deposited 25% of the consideration amount with the company on March 1,2018.
